   I have made the page and posted the first poll.  Hopefully it will
be easy to reach 100% consensus on this first one.
    I don't know what exactly the qualifications are for being a
member of the ERR5RS polity, so I just put the list of signees to the
announcement.  It's not intended to be definitive.
