I think this is a much better mechanism for a whole bunch of reasons -
not the least of which is that it is more directed at consensus
building than on arbitrary decision-making.

And I'd suggest that a vote only be finalized when 72 hours have
passed since the last page update (allows time for holiday weekends :)
