I changed "emergency revision" to "expeditious
revision" and alphabetized the signees by first
name instead of last.

If anyone objects to the current wording or wants
to make further changes or wants to sign the
announcement, please hurry up and do so.  If not,
I'll post it to comp.lang.scheme this evening.
