I have drafted an announcement that I'd like to post
to comp.lang.scheme in a day or two:

Please read and improve the draft, adding your name
to the list of signees if you're willing to identify
yourself as one of the people who are developing
ERR5RS.

The list of signees is a very important piece of
this announcement.  Before I post the announcement
to comp.lang.scheme, I will check with any signees
who signed on before some substantial edit to make
sure they're still willing to be a signee.
