[ERR5RS] Wiki spam fighting

Hi y'all -

I've been reading up on wiki spam fighting techniques, and I've just about
convinced myself that I should just go to locking the entire wiki down and
only allowing edits by users that are pre-approved into an 'editor' group.
This has been based partly on Howard's surmise that our spam is not coming
from robots, but that it originates from humans with too much time on their
hands. Since most of the spam seems to be coming from logged-in accounts
now, I think that he might be correct.

Is this solution a problem for anyone? Otherwise I'm inclined to go with
BadBehavior <http://www.bad-behavior.ioerror.us/category/akismet/>, unless
someone has a better idea.
