[ERR5RS] More Wiki Spam...

Hi y'all,

Right now, the wiki spam problem is fairly manageable, if constant
nuisance. However, since we have now moved from spamalicious page
creations to outright page vandalism (even if it is minor), I was
wondering if anyone had any particular objection to requiring logins
for page edits. In short, I am trying to find the minimal set of
security measures that will keep our content safe & clean - and we
simply aren't there yet.

Interestingly enough, the Gambit wiki also started getting spam
traffic shortly after we did.
