[ERR5RS] ERR5RS is becoming real

 Good news.  Let me know if there are any bug reports 
 or if you would like me to expose any further hooks.
 I think the library called (r5rs) in standard-libraries.scm
 is essentially (err5rs), perhaps give or take a few details.
 Certain things (internal definitions, internal define-syntax, 
 etc.) in (r5rs) have their R6RS meanings for now, given that
 the err5rs specifications of these are still unknown.
