[ERR5RS] ERR5RS is becoming real

ERR5RS will be supported in Larceny v0.95, which was
planned for 1 November or thereabouts.  The release
date will slip by a week or two, depending in part
on how much of the system breaks as we install the
ERR5RS top level and load procedure from Andre's new
v6.0 implementation of libraries and syntax-case.

Just wanted to reassure you that ERR5RS is on its
way, even though we didn't make our target date.
I'm very excited about Andre's integration of
libraries with the R5RS REPL and load procedure.
ERR5RS lexical syntax and records are working well
for us also.
